I installed this product Feb of 2010. It is the entry to the house and the dinning room. This product has stood up to a 5 yr old and now she is 12 with all her friends and ruff play. The very minor damage is barely noticeable, as a matter of fact, I had not noticed, I'm getting ready to replace the carpeted areas and was looking up new colors. I came across this and went and really checked it over. Unfortunately, the carpet looks like ragged and the vinyl looks great. I will likely redo those areas but if you are in this market, you will not be disappointed.
I have read the other reviews, hopefully damaged shipping is not as bad as this sounds. The product has been around awhile, so I'm sure they have there fair shear of quality issues (the packaging dept, could be the loaders, unloaders) hopefully they get that repaired before they lose customers.

The downside - we found at least 12 planks that were damaged and not usable, the guy at the service desk asked how many did we order? I stated we ordered what we needed plus an extra case, he replied then you should have enough?!
I was really disappointed at that response and he could tell and made a call and promised a gift card would be emailed in 3-4 hours to account for the difference.
The gift card never came, so take my advice and order a case more as they wouldn't even offer a refund for the damaged case, only a gift card that never came.

Wasn't sure at firstAfter reading the reviews I was hesitant to purchase. I went head because it was on sale, the only one I found with the glue down option, waterproof.
I laid out a patch which I moved around the house still unsure if I liked it. It was very high gloss. I didn't think it was going to look good.
I went ahead anyway. My brother in law lays flooring for a living so he is doing our install which we chose to glue down because our floor is pretty uneven.
I love it! I have received a ton of compliments on it already and we aren't even done. It is time consuming to glue due to the click in edging but I really feel it's the better way to go vs. floating.
I ordered 41 boxes for my first floor level and didn't find any that were broken as other comments said. There were a few that you could see the pattern under the top layers that we sat aside but nothing drastic as other reviews had. And yes, this is hand scraped, that means it's wavy not defective haha

So happy with this purchse!My husband picked this flooring because it was cheaper than another brand that we found. I was very hesitant and even when we received it and I saw the sample I was afraid it would look cheap. However, despite all my worries I have been thrilled with this flooring. We have 7 kids and a dog and after a lot of stress trying to find a flooring that would work without looking super cheap I would recommend this over and over. It looks incredible and we have had so many compliments. It also was a great price and my hubby was able to install

Beautiful planks. Glossy finish. Some defectiveGreat overall look and does resist scratches well. Only downside to planks is that I had quite a few defective or damaged planks. Luckly Home Depot has an easy return policy and just reordered what I needed. I recommend ordering at least 10% extra of needed planks to be safe. I had to send 4 out of 11 boxes in my case. Reason for only 4 stars. Price is great for what you are getting though. Order far in advance of job date to be safe and Go thru boxes right away if you can. Defects I found was under pattern layer showing through and scuff marks from Factory on some planks as well as pock marks.

Worst Purchase Ever!I got this floor because I thought it would be similar to Allure flooring. It is NOT. This product is horrible. Installation was extremely difficult. I have installed many laminate, engineered hardwood, tile and vinyl flooring before. These floors chipped on almost every corner of the vinyl. It took me several hours to do a very small bathroom because the pieces don't fit together like they should. I ended up ripping it all out after because I didn't want to deal with the frustration of cutting it around my vanity. If you want vinyl flooring, save your time and frustration and buy Allure flooring! I contacted the maufacturer to get a refund (which you can only do by using their internet form) and have yet to hear back from them. It's been 4 months and after several submissions, not a word!

Amazing flooringWe ordered this flooring for our basement family room. We liked the color variations and the wood look. We didn't use an adhesive, just laid it directly on the concrete floor. The pieces locked together easily, no special tools were required. We cut the pieces with a knife using a straight edge, and they snapped apart. We had maybe 5 damaged pieces, which we were able to use on the edges. I think damaged pieces are more of a shipping issue than a product issue. The boxes should be laid flat prior to installation. The lines or ridges that some buyers have complained about is actually the "handscraped" effect that is included in the product description. We learned the true value of this flooring about 1 month after installation, when our basement flooded. We came home to an inch of water on our new flooring. I was sick. I thought we would be replacing our brand new beautiful flooring. We used our wet/dry vacuums to clean up the water and placed several fans out. We waited and watched. That was over a month ago. We had absolutely NO DAMAGED flooring. It still looks beautiful. We have recommended this flooring to several people. We wanted to order more for our two basement bedrooms, but it is currently out of stock. We called Home Depot's customer service number and were told you will be getting more in. We will be ordering more. WE LOVE OUR FLOOR!

Cons: Getting the product undamaged. When you order this order 3x as much as you need because 2/3 boxes will be unusable broken and you will return them or just refuse the entire order. Make sure to do the in-store pickup so you don't have to transport all those boxes of broken flooring. Not just a chipped corner, every tab broken. It appears that every re-order I placed fell off the truck multiple times. This is the worst service I have ever received. I hope my next shipment of flooring is usable enough that I can finish my master bedroom. Will not be buying flooring from home depot again.
