Description
Hawaiian Curly Koa 3/4 in. Thick x 2-1/8 in. Wide x 78-3/4 in. Length Laminate 4-in-1 Molding - Product information
Pergo 4-in-1 Molding provides everything you need to complete your laminate flooring installation in 1 single kit. This patented innovation allows assembly of 4 different moldings from a single product. Join laminate flooring with a similar height hard surface floor with the T-molding. Use in doorways with a width of 4 ft. or less or in rooms 66 ft. or larger. To transition laminate flooring to a carpeted floor use the carpet transition. Use the hard surface reducer to transition laminate flooring to a lower, hard surface floor, such as vinyl, wood or tile. Finish your laminate flooring installation at sliding doors, fireplaces or other fixed edges with end molding.

First the material is basically a fiber board(a bit stronger than cardboard but not close to wood) with a finish on it. Once you press it in place, if you remove it, you will ruin it.
For one of my spots, I had to give up and just use screws through the top into the subfloor.
It's also very weak. I had two pieces that broke while installing. Just pressing it into place and the end broke off.
It's also very expensive. It has a "less waste" on the package, yet you get a lot of extra pieces. If you have a problem with the top, you will waste material.
Unfortunately they expect you to have a straight edge to install the metal channel. Good luck if you are going up against a tile floor.
Order extra!

False advertisingThe floor is beautiful, but we couldn't get the t molding by itself. We had to buy this KIT, which was advertised as 29.98 each, which we assumed was each kit, not each piece. We needed the t molding so we had to buy the whole kit.
