I purchase this carpet in October, 2015 specifically for the LifeProof stain and soil warranty especially pet stains. We have had a few pet and foot traffic stains which were immediately cleaned. The carpet was professional cleaned within the 12-18 months recommendation by a professional carpet cleaning company. The stains were cleaned but within a few weeks they came back. I called the carpet cleaning company to come back and clean them again, they did but told me that the stains would probably come back, which they did. We have been in contact with customer service at Home Depot to advise of the stains. We sent pictures of the stains and were told that we would need to have the carpet cleaned professionally again, wait some time and see if the stains would come back. I am not willing to pay to have the carpets professional cleaned again to only have the stains return. I am very dissatisfied with this carpeting because of its false representations of a lifetime stain protection as well as the warranties.

Life Proof not stain proof!I spilled a small amount of blue craft paint and it did not come out. I immediately cleaned it up. The warranty hardly covers any stains when you really read it. I bought this thinking that normal kid stains would not be a problem. Now I am not so sure.
