Effective Stain Protection
I needed a solvent sealer with stain protection and MP90 was easy to use and the seal has stood up to tough stains, excellent sealer.

Excellent for porcelain tile
I've used to protect a white porcelain tile from getting dirt and stained.
I've cleaned first with Deterdek and then I've applied this product. Water is now repelled perfectly!

Best Protection for my Crema Marfill
I've used this product to protect a crema martial floor. I've used other solvent sealers in the past and the odor was in general very strong. This one instead was not so strong at all and especially after only one day it showed the full protection! Awesome!

Excellent protection
I've heard about this new product from a tiler friend of mine. I've used it to seal my travertine countertop. Very easy to apply and the water after only 24 hours falls off.

Bought this to seal a new kitchen backsplash with light-colored porcelain 4 x 16 tiles with a mosaic tile accent section and bone-colored, sanded grout. Had it shipped to the store. The product is extremely easy to apply and is absolutely clear. It was like brushing water. It left no residue on the tile, grout or Corian countertops. I wiped it with a dry towel after about 30 minutes. The grout darkeded temporarily but returned to the original color once it dried. It's a bit more $$ than several other options but reviews on those were disappointing. Very happy that I elected to use this product.
