The product boasts a lifetime warranty. That’s yet to be tested in our home since it was just installed. However, I can tell you that the product is beautiful and installation was easy. Follow the instructions and watch some YouTube videos. It’s simple and I even had my 7&9 year olds helping me. I have medium level skills shop skills and my husband a touch more than I. We used a jigsaw for special cuts, like under door jams (after door jam cut with oscillating saw). The door jams were the most complicated part. Other than that, it’s fit and slide into place, tap together and tap seam. I love it and we are working room by room for the entire house.
One thing. There seems to be about 2 to 3 seams per room that have the tiniest gap on the vertical end seam. No matter the trouble shooting, they occur. Other than that, the rest of the floor is seamless and I’m probably the only one who notices them. I love the floor and it is easy to install.

This product is absolute garbage!! I purchased over 700 sq ft of this to use in our new house be...This product is absolute garbage!! I purchased over 700 sq ft of this to use in our new house because the HD sales associate said multiple times is a superior product. Well...not so much. I have used several different types of click lock flooring for different projects and I never had issues. With this product the click lock tabs kept breaking off way too easily. One of the "Benefits" the HD associate sold us on was that if there was ever a major issue where the flooring was soaked through to the subfloor you can "tear up" the vinyl flooring, let the subfloor dry completely and then lay the vinyl flooring back down. There is no way that you can do this because every board that we tried to unclick to adjust would break the click lock joints. Long story short we wasted half of a day trying to install this garbage tore it out, returned in and purchased the hardwood flooring that we wanted in the first place. Buyer Beware!!

The hardest part was trying to rip the boards if you cannot fit the span of your room perfectly. The flooring person at my store recommended using a circular saw with a vinyl blade, which I tried, and it made a mess. Stick with scoring and snapping as the instructions state. I had better luck scoring and snapping the length of the board by snapping it over the ledge of my concrete porch for leverage. I laid my planks in pattern one from the instructions. I wound up needing one extra box more than my square footage due to the amount of waste. That was the only con. Due to the design of how the boards go together, some boards are rendered useless once you cut them. Overall the floor looks great, even adjacent to my existing hardwood floors (I ran these perpendicular to the hardwood). I laid approximately 800 sq. ft., and it took me about 16 hours, mostly alone. If you have two people, it moves a lot faster because one person can cut some planks while the other person installs the full-length boards.

Peeling After Only 2 days!We spent thousands of dollars on the LifeProof luxury vinyl plank flooring (Walton Oak) and another couple thousand for a professional to install it and two days later we have noticed several planks that are peeling from the corners and it's so thin like aluminum foil and won't stick back down. No furniture is not even on it yet, we are sitting here pondering on how we were ripped off by The Home Depot on this cheaply made in China flooring that is supposed to last a lifetime but could not even last straight out of the box. I see a major issue with this flooring in the near future for anyone that installs it, and get this we had a sample piece of this from The Home Depot and it peeled so easily so we asked the associate at the store why it can peel so easy and she claimed because it was a sample piece, but my over 1500 SQ ft of this Garbage is NOT sample pieces. So disappointed! This is not right.

Since our local store didn't have the product we had to place an order which was shipped to our home. We ordered nine packages. Seven arrived the last scheduled delivery date ant the two remaining packages the following day. (Note the Home Depot site indicated all nine packaged arrived the first shipment but the UPS site showed the remaining two packages were still out for delivery). One of the two boxes shipped the last day was empty. Obviously, this put us in a bind since we had installation scheduled the next day. I called Home Depot for a resolution and was told it would take 10 days to resolve the problem. I ask them to see if there was any store in our vicinity that might have stock. Luckily there was a store that had 27 boxes in inventory. It would have been much easier if when ordering at the store the order desk could easily check other local store inventory. This would have avoided delay, shipment issues an much frustration.

My husband laid 32 boxes and once he got the hang of it, we had wonderful new living room and kit...My husband laid 32 boxes and once he got the hang of it, we had wonderful new living room and kitchen floors. Cutting was a challenge but he used a small saw and after a couple of day's work , it's done! We WILL be buying more for the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms .

It was nothing like the light brown sample. It had a lot of black, dark grey and orange. It did not go with the Benson Hickory hardwood floor we bought last year. We returned it and bought Wood Acres Oak. It was a soft beige with warm brown tones. After doing the bathroom we ordered 18 boxes to do our kitchen and laundry room

While I really like the look of this flooring it seems to scratch very easily. We put it in all ...While I really like the look of this flooring it seems to scratch very easily. We put it in all the main living areas of a house we are redoing, no one is even living in the house yet and there are scratches all over from us just walking on it or sweeping/vacuuming. If you slide anything on it, like a chair ( with felt protectors on the legs) and there is any kind of small dirt particle under it, it will scratch. Because this flooring is a dark color the scratches show up white and you would think with all the white lines and texture in this flooring it wouldn't show but it does especially when the scratch goes across the grain. Not sure how it could be considered lifeproof. Very disappointed!
