Pergo Outlast Rustic Wood laminate flooring was a fairly easy project for a new bedroom floor. No exotic tools needed although a chop saw for more precise straight cuts will help, pry bar, rubber hammer, tapping block, some shims etc. Its much easier to have a helper but not too necessary. Mainly some simple tools were used and was laid complete (23 boxes) in a weekend. This flooring has foam suppressor cushion already in place on bottom which makes it pretty quiet to walk on. There is a wax seal that extends time for cleanup and helps with possible damaging spills. Connecting and install was about the best I have ever experienced from any laminate in the past. We were somewhat skeptical about color and pattern initially however it looks great and really completes the decor of the room. We are both very happy with our new flooring purchase.

I used this for my bathrooms and laundry room because it is waterproof. It was much more difficul...I used this for my bathrooms and laundry room because it is waterproof. It was much more difficult to lay down and fit together than the laminate I used on the rest of the house, which is also about half the price of this Pergo. It was damaged much easier and more often than the cheaper flooring during install. I don't think I will ever buy pergo again.

I am so glad we purchased this flooring. I wanted...I am so glad we purchased this flooring. I wanted a real wood look, but a lot of laminates have a plastic look, very superficial and manufactured in appearance. This doesn't have a shiny finish and looks like expensive real wood in our kitchen. Waterproof and easy to install, I highly recommend this.

Great product. Looks natural and we can’t really see dirt...Great product. Looks natural and we can’t really see dirt on it, we clean it because we feel the dust or dog hair on it. We have a Boxer who’s very big and playful and the floor seems to hold her running around and scratches very well, haven’t seen any damage yet. Water resistant too as advertised.

Beautiful FloorRustic Wood Outlast + is a beautiful floor. It’s easy to maintain, cleans easily. It holds up to 5 house dogs and their nails. We have LLBean Waterhog walk off mats at every entrance, and felt feet on all the furniture. Not a requirement, just our preference. Pergo Outlast, for us was a good decision! However... ordering from Home Depot has been an ordeal. We were sent the wrong flooring parts, white quarter round and cherry quarter round. Also, we were shorted 6 boxes of flooring. It has been worked out, but it took weeks for Home Depot to figure it out and make it right. I disagree with anoth review, Pergo Outlast isn’t fragile, it’s tough as nails!
