I would highly recommend the product (beautiful flooring) , but neither Home Depot or its supplier. I ordered (and paid for) 3 pieces of this molding but only received 2. After being assured by customer services on 5/5/18, that I would get a rush-order replacement, in a subsequent phone gcall on 5/14, I discovered that nothing had been done by the first incompetent rep. The customer service rep on 5/14 assured me that she would expedite shipment of a replacement and send me a confirmatory email. To date (5/22) -- no further communication nor piece of molding!!!!! This incompetency and total lack of responsibility and customer service is outrageous. I will never spend a penny at Home Depot again . .. . and I am still waiting for the missing molding.

I had to order this item twice because I received shipped item broke in half. Person who instal...I had to order this item twice because I received shipped item broke in half. Person who installed my floors was able to finish the job using broke item. Floors look great!! I suggest do a better job in packaging this item before shipping.
