Not all tiles have straight edges
I really liked the appearance of the tile when I initially opened the first box. Color was exactly what I was looking for. The photo shows them having a slight gold/yellowish color which is more of a nice warm light brown tone, which I preferred. Installation wasn't too difficult, but you need to hammer the ends together, not just roll them as the video instructions show. Everything was going fine until the second box, when I discovered not all the tiles are perfectly square. There were many subsequent tiles that were so out of square they couldn't be used. (1/4" in 12 inches!) I now have two full boxes of tiles that could not be used. Poor manufacturing process, I suppose. I was glad I had ordered extra boxes otherwise I could not have completed my project. Because the edges are not perfect there are small gaps length wise in the completed floor which I will just have to deal with since the order was not returnable whatsoever. For the price per square foot I would have expected better quality.

Looks great!
I joked to a friend of my that this tile is very easy to install, except for edges and around holes (toilet). But they are all edges or holes. I installed this in three bathrooms and the laundry room. The first bathroom used 22 tiles and only 4 were full pieces. Several tiles took multiple cuts. Full pieces click together easily exactly as one would expect. Even cutting pieces in half is not difficult. You use a straight edge to line up your razor knife and score the tiles several times. Then you bend the tile until it breaks. But cutting out notches around door moldings is difficult. I used my multi-tool with the plunge blade and that made it much easier. The problem with using a saw for cutting the tile is the tile will melt. The cut from the plunge blade was not as precise as from using a razor knife, but in all cases the uneven edges were covered by moldings. I am very happy with the result, even though installing it took longer than I expected. I very likely will use this tile again.

I have extensive experience with LVP flooring and their installation.
This product looks good in the store and in the box, but even for a seasoned professional, it has its issues. On the positive side, it has a decent wear surface and is impervious to water. On the negative side, the joints are very rigid which means that even with extreme care there may be some joint damage resulting in gaps and/or raised pieces. Don't entrust it to anyone except the most persnickety professional. Any sort of maltreatment will result in unacceptable results.
Additionally, LVP and LVT products are supposed to be stable (no expansion and contraction), but you need to leave a space regardless to allow the house to expand and contract around their product. This sounds reasonable until you understand how sensitive it is to pinching or heavy weights placed upon it. Is the baseboard pinching too tight to allow for expansion and contraction? You will end up with bubbles, mountains and valleys in your floor. Once you have all that under control, where are you supposed to put your refrigerator, your sofa, your dining room table, your TV,....and anything else heavy that might pinch the flooring in an offensive way? If you are a contractor, think twice about installing this even with some sort of iron-clad warranty. I have had better luck with the Lifeproof LVP. This product is too uniform in its sizing to create any kind of cohesive floor that acts as a unit.

I chose this product for a bathroom update. It was easy to install and inside of an afternoon I was
able to finish an 8 X 10 bathroom. I'm a veteran of many of DYI flooring projects. There is no doubt
my experience made the process easier than some of reviews I read.
First of all I used a table saw for cutting the material using a 7 inch 40 tooth Freud Diablo saw blade
The blade has 16th inch kerf which makes easy cuts and clean edges. Note there is a lot of fiber dust
with using a power tool.
The one tool that isn't listed on the box of flooring is a brush. A stiff fine bristle brush to clean the seams
from the milling dust is a must. If you're having trouble fitting edges together there is most likely some
fibers in the joints. Even with clean joints you'll need a good roller and pressure to make the seams
nice and tight.
I'm very happy with results of the project. The reason for only a good rating was the mill dust in the
joints.

Floor looks nice in our bathroom. Wanted something other than wood grain and this marble-looking flooring was a great fit. Fairly easy to install and cut. Because it isn't as thick as some other flooring, it went over uneven areas of the floor better so I liked this flexibility. Looking forward to enjoying many years of this beautiful flooring!

I didn’t have a lot of experience with installing click-lock flooring, but this kind was certainly more difficult than others I have installed. Looks nice and fits together fairly well, but some corners just wouldn’t roll flush. Also, the order got lost in shipping for over a week.
