Did not work for us
After installing 700 sq feet of Allure Ultra in our basement we seemed to have a bit of a 'dusty' look from all wood and drywall work done after the floor was installed. We washed the floor 4 times and it just seemed to need a little boost. I purchased the Allure single step satin. After application and some drying time I have a milky white film over the entire floor. It will not wash off, it will not rub off and left a very obvious line between the treated and untreated floor. I called the number on the bottle but did not get a call back so I went online looking for some way to 'fix' this. We ended up having to rent a floor polisher and had to buff this polish off. The untreated floor still looks much cleaner and darker however we were able to get much of the 'milky film' up. We did not use the entire bottle, which cover 720 feet, and did almost all of our 700 sq feet so I know that we did not use too much. It wasn't until we moved the furniture off of the untreated floor that we could see the obvious difference.

Not 100% thrilled with this polish
Directly after we had Allure Trafficmaster flooring installed, we cleaned the floor with a vinyl floor cleaner (Armstrong Once n' Done) and then lightly coated the floor with two coats of the Allure Single Step cleaner and polish (in satin). I'm not 100% thrilled with this polish- it didn't coat evenly in some spots, but I know I can just remove it with the vinyl cleaner if I want. There have also been some scratches that have appeared on the floor already from one of our dogs nails- these scratches are NOT in the floor itself, they're in the polish. I can buff the scratch right out with a sponge and some more of the polish. I think that because the polish doesn't dry hard (it's soft like a wax) it's easy to create a scratch or scuff in it- it's a little disappointing to see that nicely polished floor already scratched up, but at least the polish is protecting the actual floor from getting scratched.

Application is fairly easy. Applied to a LVP flooring. I was, however, disappointed in the sheen; it was a bit shinier than I was hoping for. Seems to be holding up OK though. I was worried overlapping would appear shinier as some products I have used in the past so I used painter's tape to prevent that between sections that I did.

This stuff is pure junk. Our Allure floor is 3 years old and showing a slight bit of wear. We thought this might polish it up and look nice. I swept the floor and mopped it with regular cleaner as usual, then allowed to dry fully. I bought a sponge mop just for this application and followed directions to the letter. After reading directions I knew to apply a very thin coat, rinse the mop often, let dry. We left the house for (2) hours after mopping to ensure it had dried thoroughly. The end result looked so great, shiny and like a new floor. HOWEVER, after walking on the floor it appears to be smudged. I've mopped the floor with regular cleaner several times and now my floor looks terrible. When the light shines on the floor it looks dirty even though I know it isn't. The finish is uneven, splotchy, and overall just terrible. I have no idea how I'm going to clean my floor. I guess I'm going to need to use a vinyl stripper to remove this junk. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. Stay far, far away.

it's ok
installed 80 sqft. of ironwood planks, left with scuffs. this stuff said to clean the floor first with vinyl cleaner (not their brand). did that using the green scotch pad. then left with dull marks where i used the pad, doh!
so i got this stuff, the satin finish in hopes to gain some sheen to match the rest of the floor, instead it left a gold layer (which later came off with my cotton socks).
1. this product is milky blue and poors like water not like dawn or creamy consistency as i expected.
2. i sponged and sponged as directed, fail.
3. after having the blue haze i noticed it would come up with my socks, so i danced on 80sqft and it came off, so i thought.
after all my dance moves the dull spots blend ok with the rest of the floor, from far away it looks great, otherwise any critic can see the spotty and uneven application. not my fault, it's the products i sware.
all said and done, i can see a slight blue haze in the middle of my floor.
first time i used the allure planks, i have the tile version in 2 other rooms. lesson learned, not using the planks again especially in dark color.

Do not Use!
We laid down some Allure flooring in Country Pine,it came out beautiful. We wanted to protect it so we got some of this and applied it just like the directions stated. Our floor now has splotches all over it and looks like***.We did everything right, but this stuff made our new floor look terrible. You don't notice it when you are looking straight down on the floor, but if you look at it on an angle it looks bad.Now we have to find some way to get it off.My advice-run fast away from this stuff!

Promised great results
Allure satin promised to clean and protect my allure floor. It did not, and worse. The fine print says skuff marks, spots, stains must be removed first, if not they may become permanent. Believe it, and apparently water spots do too. My brand new floor looks spotty. Too pricey to not work more thoroughly.
