Bamboo Floors that rock (and save the planet one tree at a time)
Floor covered about 1100 sq ft in heavy traffic living areas. Looks fabulous. It is hard, but if you roll a piano across it, it wont scratch but you will see "depression" tracks. Interestingly these can be removed with a steam iron and a moist kitchen towel - yes iron, and it works great - track is all gone. Get the right tools to install - we purchased a floor nailer for $160 - doing by hand would have been a mess - the bamboo IS HARD. The boards were perfect and straight, and the color variation was also perfect. Unfortunately the bull-nose manufacturer (for stair tread bullnoses) is different and the quality stinks - it does not have the same finish and feel of the floor boards, and while the color matches, we will be doing something different on the stairs to maintain our pristine look.

Worst home purchase we have ever made!!!!!’
We purchased this flooring and within days it was marked with heavy scratch marks. We invested our time and money into a product that has disappointed in every way. Home Depot has not helped at all! Home Decorators have shifted the blame as well!!! The floor is a true embarrassment to the rest of our home! We decided on this flooring for the entire first floor of our home and now we see it every day and think what a waste of money!!!! Do not buy this product ever!!!! I can’t believe this product/ company is still in existence especially when misleading the public and not backing their product!!!!

Pleasantly Suprised, solid flooring
Had 1200 sq foot floated on my slab. Made in China. The actual cases are very heavy only 1 could be carried at a time easily. The nice, perfectly flat and straight planks are solid and heavy. Hitting the plank face with a hammer (at descent force) does not even leave a mark. The Tongue and groove match perfectly, each plank has a slight variation in grain (looks like wood should) Amazingly, All coloring matches between the first case to the last as I had 56 cases with no variation in color. Not one bad plank in the lot. This is a unbelievable deal on this as I had Bruce HW floor before this and it was double the price. A month after the install my washing maching hose burst and soaked about 125 sq feet of the flooring in the breakfast area. The water found its way under the flooring and it warped the area within a couple days. As with any wood floor,, water must never sit on or under wood for very long it will warp it.

Beautiful but doesn't hold up!
We purchased this flooring for the entire first floor of our house (about 600 sq. ft.). It was installed in early July. It is a beautiful color and exactly what we wanted! Very quickly (within a few days) we started to see very fine scratches here and there, so fine you almost couldn't feel them, but they looked white! We dealt with it, because a tiny bit of black or brown sharpee marker covered it up and you couldn't notice. Yesterday, (9/26/15) we had our daughters third birthday party and we had about 20 people over. After everyone left, I was vacuuming and mopping the floor and noticed TONS of scratches all over my kitchen!!! Too many to count! I know that this isn't the top of the line flooring, but I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in how this is holding up! No one was wearing cleats or high heels and there is NO reason that a flooring that is supposed to be harder than the hardest hard wood should scratch this easily!!!! We are extremely careful about not sliding things on it, removing our shoes and not letting my daughter play with sharp toys on it! I'm SO disappointed! Looks like I will be spending some time later tonight laying on my kitchen floor filling in scratches! I'm adding a photo of just a few of the scratches.

Run from it!!!
I can not express how awful this flooring is! If I could give it a negative star, I would, and to add, if I could give HomeDepot negative star on their customer service, dealing with this flooring, I would too. This flooring was terrible to install. We chose to nail it down. It splinters like crazy when you do it, I mean the lip that slides into grove. No matter what pressure you use on your floor nailing gun. Then, once you install it, within weeks it starts cupping. We have one lever house with hardwoods in the adjacent rooms. We have no problems ANYWHERE else, except this flooring. Now, if you try to file a claim with HomeDepot, they will drag their feet and then send out a biased inspector who, of course, will somehow blame it on you (in our case he said we have higher moisture in that room, but not others, this floors are in the living room) and you get stuck with a HUGE inspection fee. Very poor product and VERY poor customer service.

Incredible flooring - better than I could have imagined
We purchased over 1,200 SF to install in the 1st floor. Overall the installation was fairly easy and my prior experience was installing a laminate floor. As long as you take your time, it will come out nice. The planks were in great condition right out of the box. Only one plank that was partially damaged. I only had a small amount of scrap leftover. The results are absolutely incredible. The mahogany color is rich with a satin sheen. It looks as nice as my neighbors $6/SF floor. The photo doesn't even do it justice.

Beautiful Floors, Best if Glued down
I had a professional install these floors for me and they turned out georgous. My only problem that I had was I wanted the floors nailed down as it is much more inexpensive however when they started the installers tried 2 different nail guns with different guage nails and some of them would split the wood and some of the nails due to the hardness of the bamboo would actually bend the nails and not go through. So they had to be glued down and the glue is not cheap it cost me 600.00 just in glue. Had I known that I would have went with a different flooring. Overall it is absolute beautiful. But it was difficult because I am a disabled veteran on a fixed budget and that 600.00 was a lot. Also be prepared to sweep and dust on a daily basis as due to the color of this floor it does show dust and dirt rather quickly. Also the cases that the hardwood comes in is extremely heavy. They have curbside drop off however just getting it in the house was difficult. I would suggest that you have 2 strong men just to bring into the house also do not stack these in one place. If you have 30 boxes put 10 in one place 10 in another and so on so they can acclamate to the temperature in your house before install. At least 4 days, we waited 7 just to be on the safe side.
