Warping
Installed five months ago on both ground level slab and upstairs at what will be my retirement home. Was seeing/feeling "bubbles" where the planks were noticeably flexing up and down as one walked over them. Had the installer lift some up and found many to be warped in those locations, some up to 1.5" along the length. These are not exposed to water or high humidity and the problem is both upstairs and downstairs. I had three extra boxes and have opened them and am finding that more than half are coming out of the box with up to a 1/4" bow and six with almost 1/2". My gut perception is that they have gotten worse over time. I am investigating and talking with the manufacturer. I would currently not recommend this product without suggesting one be very careful with product coming out of the boxes. I will update on the warping as I learn more.
I also agree that the product scratches much easier than I expected based on a 5 hardness rating.

Great product! Just finished a third bedroom with this product - I guess I like it. Easy to inst...Great product! Just finished a third bedroom with this product - I guess I like it. Easy to install. Very hard surface - resistant to scratching - I know because I tried to set a hole for drilling and the nail bent. Also, our dog miles was completely unsuccessful in his attempts to scratch the surface - ha ha you lose. The floor is shown here with Home Depot House of Fara molding system - all straight cuts!

Beautiful and Amazing Floor!I can't say enough about this floor - it's really beautiful. I love the contrasting colors - it goes very well in contemporary and traditional settings. More positives:
1) very well made - I had to reject only 6 planks due to scratches or other finish problems. No warped pieces at all.
2) Well packaged. The floor comes wrapped in plastic inside the box with padding between the planks to protect the finish. There was no damage at all to any of the edges.
3) Super easy to install - the click lock system installs very fast.
4) this is supposed to be the hardest floor with a 5/5 rating. We have a large dog so this should withstand scratching from the dog's nails.
This is a great floor - you won't be disappointed!

Tiger Stripe Click Lock FlooringI used this flooring to replace an old carpet in my Wife's Studio. The studio is on a concrete slab, so we first laid down the appropriate vapor barrier with the foam cushion. This floor went down very easily with no glitches at all. I've used laminate floors, tongue and groove wood, stick and peel, everything. This product was by far the best. The seams and butt joints are tight and even. It took 1o man hours to install the entire 210 square feet. I looked at many floors from various places including LL. This was a great catch at the Home Depot. I saw what i wanted at the store and ordered it on-line. it arrived on time and in excellent shape. No issues what so ever. Top notch flooring that is real Bamboo wood. Doesn't get much better than this!!

Even a caveman could install thisWoven Toast 3/8 in. thick x 3-3/4 in. wide x 36 in. Length. Home ledgends Click Lock Bamboo Flooring. This flooring is a good to excellent product, Rock hard with a #5 rating, easy to install and is beautiful when complete. I installed it 2 months ago. I have minimal carpentry skills. I only needed a Tape measure, miter box saw and snap line. If you do a little math prior to laying the floor and follow a snap a line (down the middle of the room), even a caveman could install it. The only problem I had with the product was some hanging chads. This flooring has machined grooves and sometimes the machined fiberboard would have some extra or broken slivers of material hanging onto the grooves. It wasn't a big deal, just snip them off wit an exacto knife and continue on. Keep everything clean and it all snaps together real easy. I would recommended to anyone who wants to have a new wood floor without spending alot of $ for it. I saved money by finding a coupon on the web for $140 off $1200 purchase, free shipping. I also did not hire a pro to install, which save me $500 install on each room. This product you can install by yourself. Work left to right, cut offs from the right go on the left starts, very minimal waste. Keep an 1/8" gap on the border so it can float. Out of 15 cases I ended up with 8 damaged boards from the factory and 5 that I cut wrong. I like this product so much, I installed it into two rooms. A sunken living room and a dining room, beautiful!

WOW! Looks Great.Great enjoyable project unlike the Wainscot paneling I also bought that required staining & sealing over 200 pieces of cherry hardwood. End results was great, however. Fantastic return policy (follow directions) to be able to return to local store any extra un-opened box of flooring for FULL credit with no shipping or restocking fees. Order extra just-in-case.

looks great, easy to installThis was the third engineered bamboo floor I have installed. This product from Home Depot was the most expensive of the three, but clearly the best quality, too. The color of the wood is a pleasant warm tone. There were only a small number of unusable pieces, most with damaged edges from shipping. Installation was easy, this 200 sq ft room took less than a day. I will likely use it again. No scratches, I was able to damage the sample only when I used a knife. Dog has been all over it with no visible effect.
