I have not encountered any of the issues the other reviewer had. Maybe install over concrete is different from installing on subfloor. My installers had no problem. A crew of 5 did 2000 sf from demo to install in 4 days. I love the long and wide plank. The wood pattern is very realistic. The contractor who owns a floor shop is very impressed with the floor. He said the board is nice and heavy, not "Paper" like comparing to many laminates. The surface is not shiny which is exactly what I want. I wish home depot carried the 15mm version but this one is nice too. Out of 40 boxes only two boards had chipped corner. when ordering large quantity, the boxes are well packaged on a pallet with plastic foam protecting the corner. Prior to purchase, i ordered one box only because there is no sample. All the boards in that one box are damaged. So i think if you only want 10 or 15 boxes maybe shipping is not so great. Another very important thing to consider is VOC. If you are like me who is allergic to everything under the sun, this floor is great in the VOC department.

Maybe all "click" flooring is the same, but gosh it was a struggle to get the ends to click together. And good luck trying to get them back apart without damaging the planks if you are unfortunate enough to have to re-do your work (which is likely).
For being a fairly thick laminate (12mm), the floor does have some flex, so make sure your sub-floor is FLAT and LEVEL. As any dip or flex is likely to effect the cheesy click system that this flooring utilizes, and will either make your joints squeak, or worse, squeak and break (we encountered both).
I feel that the quality of the actual laminate is very poor. The integrity of the wood is soft and very prone to damage. As a matter of fact upon opening the packaging, we found that at least 10% of the boards were damaged (probably just from shipping). Corners busted. Tongues and grooves mis-shapen and mashed. There is no way to install these boards. One good thing about shopping with Home Depot though, is they stand behind most purchases, and we can return the damaged portion. However, now I need to purchase more just for extra, and to finish the project.
One good thing I do have to say about this product (and I guess they deserve this since I have to leave 1 star), is the top surface appears to be fairly strong (it dulled all the blades on my saws about 75% through a 600 square foot project). But time will tell how well it wears. It looks great now, but I am wondering how long it will hold up.
Overall, I have to warn anyone against purchasing this product. The manufacturer needs to do a better job and improve the quality of the laminate material. Maybe coat it with a poly or something to harden the surfaces in the tongue, groove and click system so that these areas don't suffer so much when joining the pieces together. Maybe improving the click system, and strengthening the tongue and groove, will help speed up the install process, all while prohibiting damage during shipping and installation.

Excellent laminate flooring. Due to the large size of the...Excellent laminate flooring. Due to the large size of the board is well suited for large rooms and halls. It is easy to fit on its own. Of the tools for laying, you only need a saw or a jig saw and a tape measure. I took two days to install the floor in a complex hall with an area of 700 square feet
