For $6.45 each I received two samples the other was...
For $6.45 each I received two samples the other was Weathered Plank. Neither one of them showed a full plank width or a plank end like the above photo in the email you sent.
So I could not make a determination from the sample of what the flooring looks like. I don't plan on spending another $13.00 for second samples.
You should have a samples book in your flooring department with larger than 6 X 9 samples to give a true picture of any flooring you sell that is not in stock.
