Love IT!!! Fantastic!!!!
I actually went in the store to look at another floor cleaner and was directed to this cleaning product. Now I had my doubts, because I've tried so many grout and tile cleaner hoping for a miracle, just to be horribly disappointed and throwing the product in the dump.
I knew I was not going to waist my money again, so I just opened the jug and pored it straight on the dirtiest part of my floor and waited 3 minutes. As I was using a scrub brush the 8 years of grout dirt started coming up. I let it sit another 5 minutes, the tile and the grout was back to not just clean, but new, like when we bought our house.
I know this is lengthy, but this is some miracle stuff.
Use this product straight for high traffic areas. You will not be disappointed.

Grout and Tile CleanerI purchased this morning. This afternoon - I'm smiling. I have tried other products but a Home Depot associate led me to this and highly recommended. It cleaned both grout and tile to their original color. High traffic areas and heaverly soiled areas required a second application, but well worth it. I highly recommend.

Best Grout and Tile Cleaner I have ever used.Best Grout and Tile cleaner i have ever used. Removed 20 years of grime in seconds. Apply product and wait about 15 seconds and lightly scrub with a nylon brush or dish scrub. This is the forth cleaner i have tried. The other 3 are at the city dump.

Grout and Tile CleanerI have most of my floors in my home with 24" tile. They are a rustic brown marble pattern with a little lighter colored grown grout. Well over the past 8 years the grout became darker from dirt and grime and I decided to do some cleaning of the grout lines.
I researched all the types and really didn't like the caustic ones that had acids in them. Too many precautions on how they had to be used and applied which I didn't feel comfortable in using.
I found this product in the local Home Depot and talked with one of the flooring experts who design and sell tile flooring. She felt the same was I did and for the minimal cost of the product I felt it was worth the try.
I did buy a few good quality grout cleaning scrub brushes.
I did apply full strength on the grout lines and with a few strokes most of the dirt dissolved and was easily wiped away. I decided to lightly wet the group with water prior to further applications which I felt help in the long run which it did.
When I scrubbed with the cleaner the water actually turned a dark color which showed that my method was working well. I did about 8ft square areas and then went over it with a tile scrubber/vacuum that did a great finish job. Both I and my wife were amazed at the actual buildup over the years and the grout and tile look just like new after I was completed.
I really do like the milder non-acid type cleaner this is and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get rid of your dirty grout lines.
PS None of my grout were sealed and I can not say how it may work on sealed grout line.
Maybe someone else can answer that question.

i have used this product for years but this will...i have used this product for years but this will be the last time due to it’s expense. I don’t ever recall paying over $18 for a gallon of this cleaner. There are many other products that do a great job and don’t cost nearly $18. Was it misprinted? At $18 I won’t buy it again.
