The floor is absolutely beautiful once installed BUT be prepared for more than expected unusable boards due to no T&G, damaged edges or warped in some shape or fashion. Very glad we had those extra boxes (did 20% verses the standard 10%)

This flooring manages to be even more beautiful in person that you can possibly imagine from the ...This flooring manages to be even more beautiful in person that you can possibly imagine from the images here. There are boards with so much character, you will be amazed. The flooring has a good amount of color variation, and is meant to look older. We have been installing this ourselves, and have finished the master bedroom, closet, hallway and office, with plans to finish out the rest of the house (minus kitchen and bathrooms) in the coming weeks.
It's pretty easy to install once you get going. The boards come in so many lengths, it is easy to avoid seams and even limit cuts. I am in love with it.
I bought 1 box to start, just to actually see what it would look like with our things. Best decision ever. If you are seriously considering this floor, I recommend that.
Dislikes so far are few - biggest is that there are no transitions sold that match this. At all. We were trying to figure out what we were going to do when a friend said he could make us transitions, using these flooring boards and then staining to match. They look stunning. Bruce - ya'll should be selling these, or at least giving options that match pretty well because there is very little out there that I could find that would work.
Second thing is just important to know if you are installing it yourself: these boards are thinner width than most, because it is going for that historic floor look. This means that for our master bedroom, even after 40 rows being installed, we still were not done with the space. It looks amazing, but wider boards are faster to install.
Overall - highly recommend it. The attached pictures don't do it complete justice since we don't have trim up (waiting to do the whole house at once), but I really do love these floors.

There were several pieces that the groove had been...There were several pieces that the groove had been cut off causing it not to fit together. So be sure to order plenty The look is nice.

Gorgeous hardwood flooring... only problem is it's out of stock...Gorgeous hardwood flooring... only problem is it's out of stock now and can't order more. Other problems are that one box was damaged during shipping and one box was obviously returns, tons of tiny pieces shoved into one box... otherwise the other 70+ boxes are gorgeous and perfect!
