Very happy with this tile
We installed this tile in our kitchen and dining room. It is actually paired with the Quartzite tile by Carone from Lowes. The installation went well. There was very minor variation in the thickness and/or length and width but we felt that it was nominal. Some of the tiles in the case were, well, pretty ugly. We just didn't use those and returned them to the store. There seemed to be a good 8-12 tile patterns per box. When laying out the tile pattern, we tried to make sure there weren't any tile repeats in the same area. We installed it over the Ditra membrane product using a non-modified thinset even though it is porcelain. This was per the Ditra specs. It has been in for about two months now and I love it. It is grouted in a grey sanded grout mixed with the grout enhancer instead of water. This makes the entire depth of grout sealed, not just the surface. This tile cleaned up easily from the grout as it had a smoother surface than the Carone did. We tried the charcoal but it was a bit too dark for our tastes. The size variation, short length of time having it here and undesirable tile patterns were why it was 4 stars instead of 5.
