ScratchGuard Advanced provides superior scratch and scuff protection. XP is an AC4 rated product, approved for general commercial traffic; suitable for your home, office, or other light commercial applications such as boutiques and hotel rooms. This rating was designated after being tested for resistance to abrasion, impact, staining and cigarette burns. Each plank is 10 mm thick with a 2 mm attached underlayment and 4-7/8 in. wide x 47-7/8 in. long. Easy to install, patented Perfect Fold joint for a quick and secure installation. Our limited lifetime residential and 5 year light commercial warranty guarantees the floor will not wear, stain or fade. High style made simple. There's only one Pergo. Very-very disappointed
I am very unhappy about this product. We purchased it only 6 months ago because of Pergo’s reputation and alleged high resistance to scratches but it scratches easily. In addition, it chips easily, peaking and indentations are scattered throughout random areas of all rooms and the hall. The flooring was professionally installed and all of these issues were not there at the time the install was completed. The floor marks too easily while traffic is minimal - two full time working adults and a little kid in school and no pets. And we are not wearing shoes inside. It was installed in every room of our large apartment so it would be very costly to replace it all. We filed the warranty claim with Pergo, which was immediately denied even though that HomeDepot hired independent inspector confirmed validity of our claim in his report. I'm very disappointed with this product and Mohawk Industries’ handling of our warranty claim.

Home Depot Delivered and Installed our new floorI write this the evening our floors have been installed. We shopped around the normal folks, and The Home Depot really served us well. Not only did their sales team earn our business by responding to us quickly, but they worked to help us get the best value. We got a better product and better financing than we anticipated. The team that installed our lamanent was knowledgeable and experienced.
This particular floor has a groove in it. When researching, the groove helps collect dust and particles to keep the surface of the floor cleaner. I like it because it makes it look more like a real-wood product. We went lamanent because we have pets and kids. This lamanent is a cv-4 and could be used for light commercial. When the installers came onsite they even commented that we got the good stuff, without being asked. It went down quick (A 3 day job was finished in 2) and it looks beautiful. Pergo helped set a standard, and when I tell people who made the floor, they have all heard of it, and recognize it as quality.
In this economy we can't afford to move into a new home. But with this installation, it feels like a whole new house.
All around, a great experience.

We installed it August 2015. They look as beautiful as the day they installed them. I have try di...We installed it August 2015. They look as beautiful as the day they installed them. I have try different forms to clean them: wood cleaner about once a year, a damp mop to gently clean it mixing 1 cup vinegar to 1 gallon warm water. I have used Swiffer wet cloths and Wet Jet System that sprays a cleaning solution onto the floor with a dry cloth to mop it up. Make sure you dry the floor immediately as you were polishing them otherwise you will see shadows.

Overall great flooring product, easy to install cut and install. Best to install with a light hand, don't use pull bars or edges can be easily damage. Surface is touch and nicely finish. Pergo flooring pricing is little higher but you get what you pay for.

I’m a contractor and we laid this floor in a...I’m a contractor and we laid this floor in a basement. The flooring came out in good condition and overall installed well. The only bad thing is that some of the seams had lippage. I feel that in a heavy traffic area, these seams will wear quicker or possibly chip.

Beautiful Floors, but be careful when you install!We bought and installed the Pergo flooring downstairs over cement and absolutely loved it! We loved it so much that we decided to install it upstairs over plywood. It was a little trickier Make sure your floor is very level. You must be careful when you tap the planks in so that you don't break the ridges. Also, beware of the nails underneath. For some reason if they are not down perfectly they will leave a bump in the pergo. We hammered them down and seemed to fix the problem. The trim pieces are beautiful and well worth the extra money. I love the way the floor looks like wood without the worry about scratches. Still be careful and put protectors on your furniture, because this still scratches. We put Pergo down in the kitchen at least 10 years ago, and still love it. I'm hoping the new version lasts as well as the older glue version.

Ask for special wrapping of the flooring during shipment. We...Ask for special wrapping of the flooring during shipment. We had 2 shipments and both were damaged in transit. Flooring is great with dogs. No scratches and we have had the original room has been in for 2 years.
