I have been a builder remodeler for 48 years, and as such I have had many opportunities to instal a product like this 5 FT. X 16 IN. 240-VOLT RETROFIT RADIANT HEAT FILM FOR UNDER EXISTING FLOORS AND SUBFLOORS. I will often recommend this to my clients, as the comfort and low operating cost pays huge dividends in customer satisfaction. I highly recommend it.

Before ordering this product make sure you order the controller need to operate it. It does not c...Before ordering this product make sure you order the controller need to operate it. It does not come with the matt and you don't want to get stuck in the middle on the installation only to find out what you are missing. Before you start please check the matt with a volt/ohm meter for resistance, and continue to do this thru the installation process. Be very careful when trolling the floor and the wires.
