The warm beige hues of the MSI Cappuccino Polished Marble Floor and Wall Tile complement a wide range of interior styles and color schemes. Suitable for both home and commercial settings, it makes a perfect choice for wall, floor and countertop installations. The traditionally styled tile comes polished with a smooth surface, high sheen and random variation in tone, designed to easily be arranged in a pattern or single layout. Note: Please inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.

Very Poor QualityWith marble you expect variation in color/pattern, and you expect the veining to inhibit the way it can be cut. But I defy even Michelangelo to work with this stuff. I had to pick through several boxes to get relatively few tiles that didn't have major cracks. Some tiles looked like they were made of pieces that had been glued back together at the factory and then reinforced with mesh backing. It also took quite a bit of effort to find enough tiles that matched each other in color tone. It ranges from very pale cream with little veining to a very dark cafe au lait with darker chunks. Both are beautiful individually, but they look weird together. If your local store doesn't stock this, you had better order extra and just return what you don't use.
This marble is extraordinarily beautiful, but it is not worth the price in time or money.

Tiles have black spotsI bought two batches of this. The first batch is lighter color and is pretty good with only one black spot on one tile out of 40. The second batch is darker color and out of 50 tiles, only about 15 are without black spots. I attached a photo showing the spots. There are no broken tiles and none of them has repair mesh on the back. I kept the first batch and used what I could from the second batch and returned two boxes (20 tiles). Home Depot gave a refund with no hassle. They said there is no way to avoid the spots, which they said is part of natural stone.

Cracks galoreAs other reviewer's noted, this tile is very soft and much worse quality than expected. We received an order of 45 tiles, of which at least 15-20 were cracked or broken in some way. Several were also reinforced with mesh backing as though they had been previously fixed at the factor. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product that is over 2x as much as porcelain tile. Home depot was great with returning our unused tiles and helping us get started with a different type of tile altogether. Save yourself a huge hassle and do not get these, despite how beautiful they seem.

3 boxes came with all the tiles broken and another...3 boxes came with all the tiles broken and another box was the wrong tile entirely. Really bad quality control. These tiles are from Turkey.

Product was disimilar to product photoHad to return the box of 10sq feet tiles because none of the 10 tiles were close to the product photo. They were all much lighter in color and less marbled veins.
