The sample appeared to be perfect, but once my carpet was installed it has a pile that gives it blotchy appearance, it looks like it is stained. Filed a complaint with Home Depot and two months later no response. Apparently there is no satisfaction guarantee with their carpet products.

But it took 3 separate times ordering the carpet sample for it to finally reach us. We're talking about 2 months for the a sample. Not optimal when you need it to match other finishes during a remodel
