Actually, it was not the carpet sample that I had...
Actually, it was not the carpet sample that I had told the sales lady to order on my behalf in the Palm Coast, Fl, Home Depot Store.Not only that, but she ordered two samples of the same color when in fact, I had made a request for two separate colors.
Word of wisdom to a carpet buyer (especially in Palm Coast, FL) - Make sure if the flooring personnel are taking your order, request them to show you the desktop screen before the order is placed.
PS: I had originally requested Gorrono Ranch II carpet samples - Mysterious and Manuscript. When I called Homedepot.com to correct their error, I was asked to repay a nominal amount before they sent me the correct order. Since the amount was small I paid, but should I have been charged at all?
