Update
Had this floor for about 2 years now. I installed it in my living room, hallway and bedroom. The upkeep is more than other laminates because of the high gloss but worth it. However, finding it's VERY sensitive to water. I went with this floor because of the look and because it was rated residential heavy traffic. Plus, it's 12 mm thick. But none of that matters if a tiny amount of water falls on a seam and isn't wiped up immediately. The other day I noticed an area that was bubbled behind my tv cabinet from where it had been sprayed for ants. There are a few other places where there is damage from just a small bit of water.
This is the 4th laminate floor we've had over the years so I'm a little familiar with them. But this is the first time I've had any type of issue. It's also the most expensive of all of them. Still love the floor just takes more to keep it looking good.

Well after this winter so far the floor has bubbled at seams from very minimal water. Floor not durable unless you never walk on it. Pulling it all up and replacing with wood look tile.

It's not my first "rodeo" with engineered hardwood, so installing over an uneven concrete floor was not an issue because I know how to correct for changes in pitch. For a novice or DIYer, my advice would be: take your time, don't rush; make sure that all seams are clicked in evenly; and most importantly, stagger your end cuts so no joint is within 8-12 inches of another. Follow these rules, and you will have floor that looks great, is durable, and lasts.

JunkI've put in a lot of flooring. This is by far the worst laminate flooring. Got 18 boxes For a deal in store. I had to order 6 more. Wasn't worth the discount. You lose at least 3 pieces per box. Tops are chipped. Id give it no stars if that was possible.

Junk. Stay away6 of the 8 pieces in the box had chips in each corner. Shame it was so cheaply made cause it was very nice looking. Only bought one box to make sure I liked it. Too bad flooring was garbage. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Also, a majority of the pieces were already chipped and cracked in the box. We ended up not using it, which was a shame because it matched perfectly with some other flooring we purchased elsewhere, but they no longer stock.
