I didn't need to have a programmable thermostat for my heated floors in my master bathroom so I chose this non-programmable one to save some money.
My bathroom is over a crawl space at my cottage and during the winter, the tile floors would have been much to cold to walk on so I installed floor warmers which also keeps the entire bathroom warmer.
I set this thermostat at a constant temperature (in the summer it will automatically turn off with the higher outside temperature, just like your normal home thermostat). I would highly recommend keeping the instructions close by, though, because it's rather tricky when trying to set up this device. See attached picture for more details.
For a simple, clean looking non-programmable thermostat, this is a good choice!

Some Nice Features
I had installed radiant heating in my floors and was turning it off and on, based on me showering, via a light switch. Problems were, I had to plan ahead, because it took 30 minutes to warm up, and many times I would forget to turn it off, which caused issues with the flooring. So, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a thermostat.
This one has a very nice feature which limits the temperature, to protect the floor, and lets you choose 104F for tile or 82F for laminate. It also has a sensor in the wall unit. So, if the floor sensor fails, it still can function. It has a built in GFI. The display is LCD, that back lights only when buttons are being pressed (see pics). The downside, based on its display, it is relatively big, requiring its own junction box.
If you want something that heats the same temperature 24/7, this is a great choice. If you want something that turns off at night, to save on heating bills, the programmable one is a better choice.

To be honest, the idea of a non-programmable thermostat doesn’t sit well with me at first thought. My house has a ton of automation. All my lights are on a controller with fancy dimmers and schedules controlling everything. I thought for sure I’d want to control the flooring, as well. Then I realized that it takes time to heat the floor, so turning it on and off like that wouldn’t give me a warm floor when I wanted it warm. Also, I did the math…15 sq ft (180W) of flooring, running 24 hours a day for a month costs just $8. This thermostat is a no-muss, rock solid device. I like the streamlined appearance and straightforward operation.

QuietWarmth
Digital Non-Programmable Thermostat with Built-in GFCI was installed during the summer months in Texas. Once the flooring and thermostat had been installed I tested it's operation which appeared to feel warm while set at a temperature of 78 degrees. I am now looking forward to the winter months of comfort while walking on the titled floor. The only issue I had with it being installed was removing wall board because of fire blocks behind the sheet rock for connection to the electrical outlet.

Non-Programmable Thermostat, the Quiet Warmth, Radiant Floor Heat System with a floor sensor. This Thermostat is designed for a Radiant Floor Heat System, not the normal hot air duct type heating system. It has an integrated GFCI (5mA trip Level), which can track power consumption. It can display either Fahrenheit or Celcius displays with a backlit screen. One thing I found on the instructions, they are written in two different languages which makes you jump between pages to find the next step in the right language, whatever that is. One plus for this thermostat is that it connects by a power base into an electrical box which makes it handy. At a price of $147.01 it’s a relatively expensive device worth considering before any purchase.

I finally completed installing the Digital Non-Programmable Thermostat with Built-in GFCI to my bathroom floor before adding ceramic tile. I did have to cut out a wall space for the installation to the electrical outlet where there was a fire block within the wall space. This product really warms the floor space to a comfortable temperature, I am completely satisfied with all of the features and the ground feature is an added safety of the thermostat.

Thermostat with built in GFCI is a really great Idea. The GFCI included in the product really gives peace of mind for the entire family. Is very simple to install, I would recommend doing a little bit of homework before taking on a project like this. This thermostat looks really great on the wall in my restroom, It's pretty simple to operate and the display is clear.

Great way to have consistent heat
This is a great way to have consistent heat with your electric radiant floor.
I used this in a basement bathroom which generally is always cold due to the concrete basement floors. I have found it reliable in keeping not only the floor a consistent temperature, but the air as well. It has an appropriate temperature range and the included floor sensor makes it easy to maintain a consistent floor temp. You also have the option of regulating the temperature of the air in lieu of the floor. The back lit LCD display is a nice touch when the light is poor. A good addition to your floor heating system!
