First Laminate Flooring experience
When I ordered the product, half of the boxes and laminate pieces were damaged. I didn't accept half of them at pick up and had home depot reorder some boxes. They all had smudges on them similar to a dry oil consistency that was very difficult to clean off. After installation, the product looked great. I expected it to be a little more durable. As I was re-positioning furniture in the room, I scratched the floor. Make sure your furniture has fabric under the legs before you move them.

Not a happy customer!
Every few boxes were a different finish, (glossy vs matte). When we tried to have the company resolve this issue, they refused and told us it was "our cleaning product" (even though we have only cleaned it the way the instructions said to). Also, if you do not get a water spill cleaned up within 60seconds, you will have massive puckering where the boards connect. Do no buy this product if you have children or dogs!

Would upgrade next time
I found the flooring to look nice when put down but several of the boxes of planks came up damaged from store. The floors do not scratch easily when i move furniture around but the floor chips very easily. Dropped some light items on the floor and can see several chips. Several of the planks chipped when lightly trying to tap together on install. Planks also need to be room temperature and will chip easier if cold. Product is of ok quality but next time I would spend the extra money for thicker product than the 8mm.

Product was fine. Whoever drove the product to my house...
Product was fine. Whoever drove the product to my house damaged the edges of every piece of the laminate. luckily i didnt need both full boxes, and i was able to saw of the few pieces that were scratched.
