I really hate the fact that they didn't have a large enough sample where you can see the very bla...
I really hate the fact that they didn't have a large enough sample where you can see the very black edges around this floor. It was already put in and it's a hassle to get it out so I'm stuck, but I don't like it. They need a different picture.

Laminate Flooring
Installation was very simple and the product looks great, however the flooring has chipped just days after the installation was complete and there have been no items dropped on the floor to cause impact damage. The chips are not on the edges of the planks, but about an inch from the joints. It seems the laminate is quite brittle and it concerns me that I may have to repair the floor so soon.

After we got it home, we didn't like the look,...
After we got it home, we didn't like the look, so returned it. Otherwise, the flooring was fine. We had used TrafficMaster laminates before for another room & are happy with the performance of the flooring.

Product was fine, delivery was a mess
The product was great but when I picked up the product it was in cardboard and shrink wrap. I assumed it was ok but when I got it home and unwrapped it two packages were damaged. I was just short of what I needed to finish the project, I hope trying to get refund or additional material will be hard.

Good but suprised
The floor was easy to lock together and the locking edges were strong and none were damaged. The only issue was the color compared to the sample. When you see full sheets the edges are dark. You don't see this in a sample. Since this floor is special order we were suprised at the color.
