I love the whole "cap-a-tread" idea; 2 issues though...
I love the whole "cap-a-tread" idea; 2 issues though this tread is for 1" or less treads, yet it hangs down below the side moulding; #2 this color, Enderbury/Dark/Shelton Hickory, is said to be the companion tread for Hickory Farmstead; Nope lighter and duller in color; Disappointing

Amazing Stairs!Easy to install and looks beautiful. It looks like a professional installed it. We just cut the side to fit our stairs, glued it down and bam, installed. I have cleaned it several times and it holds up beautifully. Much better than our 10 year old carpet. We have 2 labradors & 2 boys that go up and down the stairs constantly...no scratches, no wear and tear. Just love it!

Easy, easy easy!!!!Measuring tape, tablesaw, liquidnails and a nail gun and you have beautiful finished stairs before you know it.
Check the product when you open the box- 2 out of my 12 were damaged. HD gladly replaced them.
