Strand Woven Bamboo Floors are sculpted by handwork to create the unique richness of the characteristics of each plank, providing an antique appearance of the floor and adding the classical style to your home. The Aluminum Oxide wear finish gives a perfect protection from daily use. The accurately profiled Click/Interlocking system allows an easy and flat installation. Designed with environmental responsibility in mind, this product has received the FloorScore Indoor Air Quality Certification. FloorScore is the most recognized indoor air quality (IAQ) certification standard for hand surface flooring materials. This Product qualifies for many green building schemes including LEED v4, BREEAM, and CHPS. You can rest assured knowing your flooring was produced with ethical standards and won’t pollute the air you breathe. The Wide planks adds extra value to your home. An existing home should have a consistent room temperature of 65°F - 75°F and relative humidity (RH) of 40% - 55%. The floor is beautiful but we did not use it. We were having trouble committing to a floor for a whole house based on a sample so we decided to order boxes of our favorites to have a good idea of what the floor color would look like in our house. You can't tell from the picture or sample but the word "honey" is in the name for a reason. There is a lot of yellow in it. It isn't a bad thing if that is the look you are going for. It's a beautiful color- not just something that would work for us. Many of the wood floors are only a max of 36" so the fact that this went up to 72" was a big plus.

We installed just under 700 sq ft. My first floor but had help from my step-dad. Installation was...We installed just under 700 sq ft. My first floor but had help from my step-dad. Installation was very easy (apart from my walls not being square). The engineered bamboo was easy to cut. We used a product called Sound Buffer as the underlayment (over a wood subfloor) really happy with it! No hollow sounds. I took a couple scrap pieces of bamboo, locked them together and poured water over the joint. We left it there the entire day, it didnt leak thru the joint and it didn't leave any type of water stain, just a faint outline that i was able to wipe off. We let the wood acclimate a few weeks, and we didnt use nails or glue, just floated it. Its only been a week but no issues at all. Only had a few boards that were a little rough at the end and one that had a weird coloring, but 95% or more were perfect. If we have any issues in the future I'll right anither review. Oh I have a dog, he has slid all ovef the floor, no scratches at all. We also put felt under all the furniture just to be safe.

Great flooring!Looks so much better installed than pictures could show. Easy install. VERY few defective pieces - maybe 3 pieces out of 10 boxes of flooring. Took samples of product home prior to purchase - for purpose of stratch/dent testing. Walked around house and garage looking for ANYTHING to smash this sample off of - only thing that would scratch was gouging with flathead. Also, dropping a bowling ball on it from 5 ft put a small divot in it. Installed in nursery months ago, and not a single scratch from two large-breed dogs (unlike the oak in the rest of the house, looking rough w scratches). Easy to clean w swiffer and steamer, everything comes right up.
Finished product is a great floor on a budget that installed quick & easy and should hold up for a long time. Yes, you can do it yourself with a brain, miter saw, tape measure, and a pencil. Only downside - the sheen on the floor is a little more glossy/slick than some people might prefer.
Just purchased enough to do a second bedroom with this floor, and hopefully product will be around long enough to do all 4 bedrooms.
If you're thinking "all these 5 star reviews are too good to be true...." Nope! Buy it!

Nice variation in color and I like the different plank widths. The boxes we ordered contained 3 planks each of the 3 different widths. We installed the product over Thermoquiet underlayment as this room is below grade with a concrete floor. We'll see how well the floor holds up to traffic once all trim is finished and furniture moved in. I would advise those considering this flooring to order more than you expect to use as we had quite a few boards that had too many imperfections for me to accept. Because of the different board widths, it did make it a challenge at times to find the proper board without too much waste and factoring in the boards deemed unacceptable. Home Depot online customer service was great as I had to contact them a couple of times due to UPS damaging several boxes in delivery and losing one box in transit. Customer service quickly responded and ordered the replacements quickly so I could get the project started.

I bought to replace all my downstairs flooring after a flood ruined one room of old flooring, which was connected to the rest. I put the old flooring in about 7-8 years ago. I really like the longer boards and that there are three different widths in each case. This made the installation go much faster than the first time around and much easier to go through doorways or non-square rooms without having to trim boards longitudinally as you can pick an choose which width boards to use to fit the doorway etc. It looks great and definitely feels and looks quite durable.

The feel and texture of the product is also authentic. No one guesses that it is a floating floor.
I installed about 200 sq ft of the cocoa bean color by myself in one weekend after ripping out old carpet. It was literally the easiest flooring install I've ever done. It was much easier than all the laminate flooring I've had. The pieces easily lock together with no trouble at all. I did NOT use a pull bar, hammer, or tapping block. There was no need. I did not have to force any pieces together and not a lot of strength was required. All the pieces in the box were usable with no defects or warping.
It also holds up much better than laminate and has so far resisted scratches. I would not use this product in any place that might have a lot of water that would get onto the floor. Since it is an engineered bamboo, it will not hold up well to excess moisture.
I don't think I will ever buy laminate again. This is far superior and in some cases even cheaper than laminate!

Sturdy FloorMy husband and I installed this flooring a year ago. It was easy to install and looks fabulous! The floor is flawless even after the wear and tear of everyday life. We are very rough on our floors, and these floors are taking the beating without showing wear. They don’t show dirt and are very easy to keep up. We installed them in our living room, hallway and dining room. I’m ordering more and installing in my kitchen!
