Avoid it!
We've had this down a few years now, and I agree with all previous reviewers about its beauty. It looks more like real wood than anything else we looked at, but unfortunately its beauty is fleeting.
First off, the manufacturer states that it virtually maintenance free, resists dust, dirt and footprints. Well, that's a joke, don't believe it. It shows every footprint and dry mopping just won't do it. I could live with that to have a floor this beautiful, even if I do have to clean it every day. What is unacceptable is the finish began peeling in sections within the first few months leaving areas that are dulled that no amount of buffing will make shine again. Which brings me to the second thing. The 50 year warranty is a joke. We filed a claim, an inspector came out and determined it was not peeling, but residue built up because I was cleaning it too often inspite of the fact that I dry mopped once a day and used a laminate cleaner once a week. Claim rejected. It is not residue. I've tried all kinds of things to remove the so called 'residue' but nothing works. That's because it's not residue, the finish is peeling like a sunburn. Avoid it!

This flooring would have gotten 5 stars and it would...This flooring would have gotten 5 stars and it would have gotten 1 star, except for two things.1. We installed it in our living room about two years ago. It has held up to our cat and dog visits very well and cleans well with Bono: 5 starts.2. Our most previous order for a bedroom arrived with mold on several boards and mold on at least one package. I suspect it got wet in the warehouse: 1 star.Our local Depot Store came and picked up the flooring. They were very considerate. We will order this flooring again, as we like the product. Please, Home Depot, be certain that the flooring does not get exposed to sitting water.

However, I installed these as "wall" accent under a kitchen to dining room granite pass-through with other custom trim work. As such, I removed the thin, pre-installed foam backing - this came off very easily. However, I would go out on a limb to say that even as an inexpensive laminate, which I purchased for ~$1.50/ft sq, I would feel comfortable installing this on a low-to-medium, dry room floor, e.g. "Butler's pantry", guest bedroom or office... My choice on the Natural Palm was that it was a perfect complimentary match to my adjacent kitchen cabinets and stone counter.

I bought a ton of this flooring to do my living room , dining room , kitchen , hallway and bathro...I bought a ton of this flooring to do my living room , dining room , kitchen , hallway and bathroom. This has been the worst flooring that I have ever purchased. It was absolutely beautiful right after it was installed,,,,, BUT ,,, the floor is ALWAYS dirty looking ,,, it streaks , it has a film on the floor no matter what I use. I have tried Bona, Swiffers, Laminate floor cleaners, plain water, vinegar. NOTHING works. I absoulutely HATE this floor!!! I think I am going to try to fight the warranty to have it replaced ,, it will be worth it to me to hire a lawyer to get this horrible floor out of my home.

Would recommend with reservationsThis floor is absolutely beautiful! I love it & everyone who sees it comments on it, too. So, it's appearance definitely rates a 5. But, I've just finished building my home & moved in last week. It is already scratched all over. Its high gloss finish makes every little thing show up. I take care of my home, so it is not from abuse. It's just extremely easily scratched. It's difficult to clean without streaking. We're on our hands and knees cleaning and drying to avoid streaking. Recommend if you are not obessive like me.

Great product! Great price!I had all intentions of buying wood until someone gave me a demonstration between wood and laminate. The durability and little maintenance was a big sell point. But I wanted something that did not look fake. This single plank flooring looks like wood when in your home. Absolutely beautiful! It looks better than my other wood floors. I am extremely satisfied with the look, and you can't beat the price. In addition to the price, the padding is included, which is an additional savings.

Product exceeds expectations!This product was ordered online so pallet would be from same batch. No issues with shipping, picked item up from store so I could check for damage. Install went well with no waste other than my miscalculations. I ordered extra 5% for waste on the end cuts and had enough (Barely). I staggered the joints three places. Entire floor including trim work took about 2 full days. Can not attest to the wear and tear value yet as it was just installed. It comes with a padding attached, I was glad we got this as it seems to cut down on noise when walking on it. Overall, I am impressed at the value for the price. One last thing, the sample piece in the store does not show the actual joint locking tabs this comes with so be expecting that when you order. I have attached a before and after.
