Inconsistent Product filled with promises
I bought this product to match our existing Bruce Natural Oak Floors. I had the model number for the original floors that are only 3 years old. The Home Depot sales person as well as myself called Bruce Flooring to assure this was the same product that was previously installed in our house and they answered that it was. The color is WAY off. I know this product will amber, but it's hard to believe that the floors that are only 3 years old have become that drastically different from the new floors. Also, there were several miss-mills, where the flooring is not the size stated. It was actually so drastic that it started to not be able to match the line of the existing floors. Also, some of the threads that hook the floors together were so miss-milled that they wouldn't connect. Lots of waste in this product as well as a finish product that was filled empty promises.
