My son-in-law installed this over an existing Armstrong solarium sheet...
My son-in-law installed this over an existing Armstrong solarium sheet vinyl floor from 1995. It not only installed easily, it brought the kitchen floor level up to my hardwood in the living and dining rooms. I love this floor. I wish I had this in my bedrooms.

Easy to install! Some of the pieces had severe blemishes...Easy to install! Some of the pieces had severe blemishes (raised areas that appeared to be a bubble , possibly an air pocket). The size of these blemishes varied in size from 1/4 inch dia.to 2” inch dia.

I had this installed about six weeks ago in the living room, dining room, and main hallway of my ...I had this installed about six weeks ago in the living room, dining room, and main hallway of my condo (about 500 square feet). It looks great, and seems to be as tough as nails. It's essentially maintenance-free and doesn't show dirt easily. I'm not a DIY'er, so had a Home Depot contractor do the work, and they did an excellent job.
It is definitely substantially darker than the stock photo above shows, though still only about a "medium" as dark floors go these days. If light coming through a window hits it just right, you can see a slight "plasticky" sheen to the surface, but walking around on it day to day, it just looks like nice wood.
I wish there were a few more different plank patterns; nine isn't quite enough. However, you'd have to be specifically looking for repeats in order to notice them; the average visitor to your home will never catch on that there are a limited number of different planks.
I would like to have even more of it installed--in my kitchen and two bathrooms. But currently the homeowners' association rules don't allow this. If they did, though, I have complete confidence in the water resistance of this product. I tested it myself with sample planks before they were installed--both puddles of water and a saturated sponge left on the joints between planks overnight did not penetrate whatsoever.
