Love this product. Took one star off because there’s not a great way to fix chips, and they do happen. Besides the one chip we do not have any scratches. Had for 7 months in a high traffic area. Love how neutral the brown is.

This is gorgeous flooring and we absolutely loved the real-wood appearance, ease of installation and easy ordering/delivery. Actually, I loved it until I moved a kitchen bar stool and noticed a big scratch, the first of several over the past two months. We paid the extra amount, willingly, for the attached underlayment and the idea that Pergo would be virtually indestructible. All of our chair, couch and table legs have felt protectors under them, but if there is the slightest, smallest pebble under the felt, the Pergo scratches. Old English stain covers them, but I shouldn't have to deal with scratches at all with flooring at this price point and with two of us being diligent about not moving furniture on it. I can't imagine what a large dog would do to it. Luckily, our dog is tiny so I don't have to ban her from the floors. We are stuck with over 1,000 square feet installed, so it's going to be an ongoing challenge for years. We certainly can't afford to replace it after only two months!

It was definitely not as easy to install as the...It was definitely not as easy to install as the videos/instructions say, as they don't mention how you really have to pound the boards to get them to lock + lay flat. Had to watch a helpful amateur YouTube video to get that part but once we did, installation went pretty smoothly.
