The Norsk NSMPRT6BLK Interlocking PVC Floor Tiles are flexible, unlike other stiff plastic like flooring options. The Rhino-Tec Sport mats include a durable anti-slip texture. PVC floors are resistant to most chemicals and solvents and provide excellent acoustic and thermal insulation. Our patented Air-Dry design technology allows air to flow under the tile, letting moisture evaporate easily. These PVC tiles assemble easily like other flooring options including, puzzle mats, interlocking. The Norsk PVC tiles provide the support needed to reduce fatigue associated with prolonged standing. This set comes in a Black finish and includes (6) interlocking PVC tiles.

Great for my Basement Floor
We bought these to go directly onto our concrete basement floor and so far (just put part of the flooring down) they are very nice. The reasons we bought these were cost (best price we found), free delivery from Home Depot and the underneath of these tiles have channels that (hopefully) help water or moisture evaporate. Also we knew this material would not allow mold to grow and would be easy to clean.
One note about installing: at first I thought I would break off some connectors by accident if I hit too hard with the rubber mallet when they did not line up perfectly (not that often that they don't line up) but I found that these tiles are very tough and was able to hit pretty hard to get all the connectors hooked up. I believe the tile quality is not the reason for not lining up all the time but the levelness of my floor or the square-ness of my walls. Also it is easy to connect one tile onto 2 sides of the pattern but difficult if you have to do 3 sides and I have not tried a 4-side install of a tile yet! But that would be fairly tough. I had to pull up one side and re-connect as if it were just one side connecting.

The Rhino-Tec PVC sport tiles were very easy to assemble with just a slight tap of a rubber malle...The Rhino-Tec PVC sport tiles were very easy to assemble with just a slight tap of a rubber mallet. There is an optional corner and edging kit which made it very easy to finish off the look of our workout room. In addition, it was very easy to cut the tile pieces as needed with a standard utility knife. The tiles are very durable and are very skid and scuff resistant even with moving exercise equipment over them. Tiles were shipped UPS and we received them in less than one week. Very pleased with the product!

We bought it as an underlayment for playground room for...We bought it as an underlayment for playground room for children, but it's not soft at all, so we had to return it. Instead we bought a different mat that's for sure is for playground by visiting the home depot store in person and after touching all the types of mat and choosing the softest one.
