It does what it is intended to do. Good overall fit and design. I cut it into two pieces for two separate doorways. It is a thin extrusion so I will have to see how it does over time. It also came with only four screws, not enough to do the job.

I have concrete floor so the screws it came with...
I have concrete floor so the screws it came with did not work for my application. I used liquid nails instead. I still gave it 5 stars because it looks great with the seasoned wood lifeproof flooring planks. The transition from tile to vinyl floor is smooth. Great product.
