DAP 100% Silicone Kitchen and Bath Sealant is a 1 component, acetoxy cure material ideal for caulking and sealing in kitchen and bath areas. It provides a durable, watertight seal with minimal shrinkage and offers long-lasting flexibility and excellent adhesion. It is safe for incidental food contact. Once cured, it is unaffected by temperature extremes (-40F to 400F). Cured sealant in mildew resistant. It meets ASTM Specification C920, Class 25, Type S and Grade NS.

Starts to stain and mold way to fast.
Our contractor used this product to caulk our new tub/shower unit in a completely renovated bathroom, 6 years ago. About 3 years ago I started to notice what I thought was staining. This has grown into mold and ugly!!! Re-caulking with Kwik Seal Ultra is being done tomorrow! Hurrah. Just wanted to let others know to go with the caulk that is guaranteed.

StinksWhen applying make sure you have ventilation into the area you are applying this product too. . It has a very strong oder when uncured. it applies easy, and seals good.
